Thanks for the advice guys. I'll definitely be a bit more careful in dealing with these things going forward. I'm tired of being walked on by everyone I know. I guess I invite it by trying to please everyone though.. fml.

i'm starting to realize that more and more about him.. he's a pretty selfish worker.. if everyone is swamped and here late, but he's done with his work at 5 he won't even bother asking if anyone needs any help, and that's part of his job as a Junior processor..
