Revised the routing of my water lines in my water to air system. Hopefully this works better.

Finally!! After worrying it maybe a wheel bearing going...i decided to let it go for a while longer to see if i could do a better job pinpointing the noise.

Wife drove car friday, she wont back it into garage like me. So when i went to move it into garage i was kind of hanging head out window to see, and bam, the noise was coming from REAR WHEEL! DOH! so later i drove more and confirmed, rear brake.

So just changed rear pads and rotors, and voila, no more noise! One of those pads had hit wear indicator. Yay!!!

Dropped off my car this past Sunsay at the bodyshop. New color, fixing all dents, installing new suspension, mufflers, brakes and other maintenance stuff all at once. Cool

Spent some time removing the old cap assembly on my water tank and cleaning the tank out. The new cap is a bit tight, so I have to file the opening so the flange will fit properly. It should be back together by tomorrow.

Today I drove an hour and change to pick up an OEM dual exhaust....and I put it in my car. Not the best idea, but too late now it's done. Lol.

Threw a pair of 5mm spacers on the rear hubs. Now it sits nicely.

Pulled the blower and intake manifold again. The sheet metal cracked at the flange again, so I brought my plenum to a different fabricator to have a billet piece machines and welded on. I also removed the water pump from the front to move it out back closer to the tank.

Some more changes are coming soon.

Replaced both my axle. Axle vibration disappeared. Looks like my axles were not OEM to start with.

Thank you Tim for suggesting the tool to pop the ball joints, and thank you Thien for helping me out and being on speed dial when I had issue with stuff.

here is the axle comparison. I am not sure if my old axle were oem or not since it didn't have the rubber dampener, but 90% of the vibration is now gone.

driver side

passenger side

Removed my rear bumper brace and broke off 3 of the 4 studs in the process. Found a place to mount my water pump and made some new water lines for it.

Dropped it off at b 603 to get the driver's side window fixed, and a spot on the trunk touched up. Yup it was my fault. Sad I'll have to go back and have the trunk repainted if I want it perfect Sad
