Brian, I hope I can speak for everyone in the whole community when I say it doesn't matter which car you have, you're still part of our family.

The only thing is that, there is a certain member on here that is known as the G35 Killer. I think he's called Mr. 666. Just watch out for him if you get the G35.  :-P

Brian, whatever you do, don't get an 8th Gen.  They're just so fugly.  As far as the other cars you're looking at, Paul and Kai are right.  Buying an older luxury car, you'll be paying a lot for repairs, which will be fairly common for a used car.  Why not just get your car fixed since it's all small stuff you have an issue with?

Everybody could roll with Ash and I down to Myrtle when we go down there for vacation in August  .

I must admit Brian the G does look good. My honest advice would be to just fix your car though because buying the G your jumping right back into $20K + of more debt and you're jumping into a car that you dont know how it's been treated that only has about 12K miles left on the warranty.

D! Im just looking for excuses to get outta Woodbridge so I will definately be making lots of long trips preferrably with Da Squad! As for the G, Im not gonna hate on it but like D said, if you do this your just jumping right back into debt.

And with the way things are going your on track to go 6spd and get that J36 in the future! or hell an Eaton M90 apparently does wonders for J30s ;-D Just fix up the car babay! We all got problems now and again!

Also even tho your V6 is still quick, your insurance now is nothing compared to a G35s, considering its a luxury coupe with a performance engine.

lol, I agree with you on the 8th gens.. however, i think the coupes have a little bit of potential.. not performance wise though  .

I can't afford myrtle beach with my vegas trip comin up in august. i'd love to though lol.  and irnonically, i do know how the car was treated previously because the owner was one of the salesman at my old dealership.  So atleast i have that on my side.. I agree with you on the debt.. but honestly, if i can get it for 3-4k less than the listed internet price, i'll be getting it.  it really is in tip top condition.  I'm going in today after work to check and see what my old managers can hook me up with. I would fix my CM, but there's just so much I want out of the car that I can't get for thousands and thousands of dollars.  number one obviously being the 6speed swap.  and all the little things are fixable, but my whole car needs to be re-painted and all the dings taken out.  I don't have money for things like that.  not to mention the engine build i wish i could do (the whole purpose for me doing the 6spd swap)

As for insurance, already checked it out.. it's only $10 more a month.. I love USAA auto insurance. lol.

I really do appreciate your help in bringing stuff to light, and I'll more than likely end up not getting it because i'll be too scared of payments or losing my job or whatever may happen.  But i'll be damned if i don't try.

USAA? You military or family of military?

yea, my dad is government.. works for the army (not actually in the army anymore though)  but I'm on my own insurance, just using him as my ticket to usaa. very lucky to have it..

and B, HELL no, I hate mustangs with a passion.  The only way I would own one is if it was an old 60's fastback or something along those lines.

I'll keep you posted on the G after I get off work.  I'm going to see transformers afterwards though!
