The two O ring gaskets come from a Civic Si, but I forgot the part #.  Call DC and they'll tell you.

Correct.  They are from a Civic Si.  I just don't know what year.  You're better off calling them instead of emailing them.  Then you get instant results when you talk to a human being over the phone.  Their number is 626-968-5147.

on the way to the doctors office today my rear passenger brakes started grabbing again while i was driving. man this is so annoying. i have taken it to my mechanic a couple times now. he has checked and lubed my pads and checked the piston and told me everything moves freely. i dont get it. anyone know what could be wrong? its eatting away at my pads not to mention that my caliper is all rusted up from the high heat!

i shouldn't be worried about the brake master cylinder cuase that would affect all four brakes correct? just out of curiousity why does the bracket need to bee changed too?

Because it comes with the caliper and the slide bolts are part of the caliper bracket.  Those are what could be frozen causing your excessive brake wear.  It's best to just replace everything.
