Sweet, thanks. I'm going to see if my local dealer has any at all / has a decent price.

Do you happen to know what size screw that is? My grandfather has a warehouse full of machine supplies, so I'm sure he'd have the right screw, lol.

 The automatic comes with two but I would order some any old ways because you just never know.  For that price it should not even be an issue.

Oh, I hacked off the plastic ring on top of the OEM boot so I could fit the boot snugly to the OEM shift knob; Just FYI.

Phew, I finally got this project done. I had to trim some of the boot base at the bottom where 1st gear was, because the shifter wouldn't stay. As far as securing the top of the boot, I don't think I did it right, lol. I used a zip tie, but I couldn't pull up the boot far enough to where it'd hide the two screws. I only got it up enough to where it'd hide the bottom screw. Either way, it's functional, and it looks pretty sweet.

I love to do this but retain the plastic around the shift knob. So basically, not a full shift boot, only the center would have it. With that knob, it'd be tough. I thought you wouldn't have to press anything which wouldn't have worked for me since I like pretending I have a manual and fake shifting =P

The boot is an OEM part. You can get them off any 7th Gen Accord with an MT.

Part Number # 83415-SDN-A91ZA

Or you can go with the Momo ones which are universal. They just wrap around the base of the shifter assymbly.

I know this thread is a little old, but finally got around to installing the boot. I was just wondering if anyone with the momo auto shift knob had any problems with the screws that hold the knob in place coming loose. I had a cheap shift knob that always came loose which was really a pita, which is why i would spend the money to buy the momo knob.
