Anyone here use a GPS sports watch? or an app for Android or iPhone/iPod?  If you have used both, how does the app compare to the watch?

I'm contemplating purchasing one for use while training and during races.

About to start a running routine on the weekends. Don't know if this helps at all but, the way I figure it, it's better than doing nothing.

I cant gain or lose weight if my life depended on it I was 6'1 165lbs in highschool and no matter how much or little I eat or how much I workout my weight never fluctuates more then 5lbs :p id love to get up to 180 but my metabolism says no way

I'm currently 6'2" 200lbs. I've been working out at the UCF Rec Center, but so far I've only gained muscle mass, and I haven't really lost weight. I was 205lbs at the start of the semester. Perhaps I need to do more cardio, lol. I need to get rid of this damn gut.

Oatmeal breakfast, and spinich salad lunch to repalce Mcdonalds bfast, and junk lunch. Also water or crystal light lemonad in place of soda

No my previous diet was so bad that this change seems to have made a small shot to my metabolism. It's very strange suddenly I have much more energy, and feel a lot better.

That's great Mike.  Yeh, it's amazing how much a good diet and exercise not only helps with weight loss, but also has a lot of other physical and emotional effects as well, such as energy increases and mood enhancements.  Despite constant soreness while doing P90X, all-around I felt happy and rejuvenated.
