^ mike, you ever had steel cut oats before?
throw a banana in while they're cooking and they ROCK for breakfast.  plus they're ridiculously cheap and healthy.

not sure if there's a Whole Foods near you at all but they're $0.99 a pound there which'll last a few weeks.

Since my inlaws are living on my couch, I'm going to work out alot after work. So when I get home, I'll be shooting hoops for 1/2hr then off to the gym. I purchased a few small one dose pre-work out formulas (NOXplode/Black Powder/etc..) Going to try and see which ones give me the best gains. I used to use Creatine but trying to go a different route this time. Oh and with my protein shake I will have consumed 120g of protien today, not including my snack in a few or my supper... Getting there, for the first few days of eating better I think I'm doing good.

I don't think I could walk three miles at this point. I might kick the dust of my bike this afternoon.

NOXplode is pretty good, I switched to a product called Jack3d and will stick with it. Can definitely feel a big difference after taking it.

I used to be big into supplements back in college and the best I ever tried was a nitric oxide/creatin stack by Gaspri Nutrition. The NO was Superpump 250 and the creatin was SizeOn . I have tried a ton of others and those by far yeilded the best results of anything I have ever tried the pump I felt even after one set was incredible and the strength just came out of nowhere and felt endless.

I just started eating healthy again and going back to the gym and cant wait to start using that stuff again.

Justin - That race looks insane! My buddies and I were actually talking about the warrior races a few weeks ago, they look awesome!

if you're up for a challenge you should definitely sign up!  theres no better incentive to get fit than to have a gnarley race that you paid $65 to run in coming up.

I'm starting to become annoyed at the gut I'm growing. I've been running 1.4 miles a day for about a week, but I keep fucking up my schedule. Are there any more efficient ways of getting rid of the stomach area?

Yes, cut your daily calorie intake.  If you have a gut you are consuming more calories than your body needs. Cut out sugar and simple carbs...eat more protein.

Okay thanks. I'll google up what I shouldn't be eating. What about those protein bars? Do you think I should incorporate those somewhere?
