It as an administrative tool, there is a "word censor" that you can replace any bad word with either a different word, or a bunch of ***'s.  Those were just words that Art chose to replace "bad words", which I felt were very corny.  As I have mentioned before, I prefer not to treat you guys like children unless you act like children.

Oh!  Are there shortcut key commands for font effects like bold and italics?  I keep hitting ctrl+b and pulling up bookmarks.  It's fucking annoying!  <--- (lol just for jokes, but... the key commands, that's no joke).

I don't think there are kb shortcuts but on the top of the reply box there are the commands you're looking for. Just type between the parentheses to get the desired effect.

I've noticed a latency when clicking the post button sometimes, and if you click it a second time it goes fast but, post the same thing twice. I dont know if there is anything we can do about that but, i'm putting the info out there.

I'm not sure if it's the server or what.  Since we've been getting busier, may be due to the amount of traffic.  I have noticed it too, but I'm patient and just wait for my posts to be submitted instead of clicking the submit button more than once.

i'm not sure if this version of phpbb has the feature, but some of them have a feature that automatically deletes identical posts made within 5 minutes of each other

Yeah it's called AutoMerge. We have it on FLAccords.

Has the forum not updated for day light savings time?

That depends on your User Control Panel settings.  Time zone and day light savings time vary from user to user, so you have to change that yourself.  To change that, you would click on "User Control Panel" at the top right of the page just below the banner, then select "Board Preferences" in the column on the left.  That will automatically bring you to the "Edit global settings" page and you can see where you can adjust the time zone and turn DST on and off.
