I was passing someone on the highway inorder to get into the lane to take my exit, I was going to fast to begin with, and I got a ticket for 97. The trooper was cracking jokes and shit. I didnt find it that funny. I got a 225 dollar ticket and got it taken away by paying 40 to go to defensive driving school. See if your state has anything like that. Here, they jus completely take it of your record if you go to the school, andyou lose your liscense for a week.

same here but i had to pay that 225 when i pled guilty just to get it out the way because i could not prove it

It was on 405 near down town bellevue(3 main lanes and the carpool)...Yea, 100+ doesn't just happen, but it was a lesson learned. I wasn't using any of the illegal stuff when I was pulled over or in the past few months, but I guess some tail gater got pissed because I flashed him, or someone else saw it and reported me that way. I'm still gonna get rid of the controllers if they give it back to me with my car...My car is still in evidence, and I don't know what is going on.

^ ROTF, so true! When I get pulled over the windows all go down, the car gets turned off and my front cabin lights go on.... I will not give them an excuse, my brother got jailed last year for asking "why am I getting pulled over for" and they pulled him from the car and had like 5 officers take him down to the ground and in the end said he was resisting arrest. WTF!!!!! by asking a question... some of these rookie cops even cops that have experience and have been on the force for years do their job in fear of getting into something life threating, especially when they pull over a hooked a ride. Not bashing just stating a fact of the cops out here in NY! I have respect for the ones that actually do the right thing and don't abuse the badge. I am unfortunate to live right around the corner from a precint that gets kicks out of pulling people over for non sense! True Mike not all are bad cops, I got family and friends that are in law enforcement and I know first hand the deal, but you got some cops out here that think that by carrying a gun gives them the right to pull you over for no good reason whatsoever, I understand the macho man or wonder women ego thing, the superiority trip, but sometimes they take it to a whole different level, that's why sometimes tragic things happen which by other circumstances would've never occured, that's why the ones that know I give them this advice,
"Do it by the book, don't throw your career away, it's not worth it"

I haven't really seen many cops around there but I know that they've really been cracking down on speeding in the Bellevue area. Are you from around the area?

yup. They have been hiding on on ramps, but I checked them as I passed them, so I really have no idea where this one came from, but there is a possibility I missed it, but yea, still sucks, my car is still evidence and wsp doesn't want to return my lawyer's phone calls...

Does it really matter where they came from? If you would like to make yourself aware of what you might be getting into take a look Here. Washington actually seems to have some pretty strict laws. Good luck man.

Many of the cops are actually very lenient and don't enforce small infractions. Good luck with getting the charges reduced man. You should join the Northwest squad as long as you don't do anymore of that crazy shit.
