I have several friends back home with bikes...one of them was in a pretty serious accident a while back. Luckily he has fully recovered....but man...these sport bikes are dangerous.  One of my friends just traded in his bike for a faster bike...and I have a friend with a Honda 954 RR 1000cc....he is a wild man and even he calls this bike "stupid fast".

I'm sad to hear this guys story...but I've never been on a bike and never plan to ride one.

Dam I'm sad to hear something like this happen to someone like him. Mad cool dude at the mega meet and it shows he's still got a positive attitude in light of this tragic accident. I pray he has a speedy recovery.

THIS FUCKING SUCKS!!!!

Those who were at the mega meet know Brian. he had the black 6speed coupe with sick ass retros.

He is a good guy. It totally sucks to find out about this.

My prayers go out to him for a fast recovery and easy future.

Yeah I remember Brian. Before the mega meet him and I used to talk all the time via PM before he went mia. Damn man, this really made me well up. Unfucking believable.

very unforunate, but good to hear he is keeping his spirits up and wish him all the best in recovering and selling his accord and bike and getting back on track.

with everything comes a certain level of risk; majority of people I've known that got into accidents it was never speed related but more situations like this where a bit of debris / gravel gets under the tires and you're screwed.

I sent Brian a PM over on G7A and tried to call/text him but as of yet have not received a response.  I would like to go visit him if I can find out where he is being treated and such.

I've contemplated on getting a crotch rocket many times but never really came down to dropping the hammer. Now I am glad I never did and never will. Posted in Brian's thread although I don't even lurk G7A. What a positive attitude, that guy's my hero.
