Ah Denny - we've been dealing with water leaks in our basement for the past year. Every time we fix one thing another starts leaking. It's the WORST! Glad you got it all sorted though.

And thanks guys - my wife and I are elated right now. Oliver is one impressive kid so far

haha thanks Z - he's been in the NICU since he was born, came about seven weeks earlier than he was supposed to. But he's doing really well and hopefully won't have to be in for more than a couple more weeks.
