A website that I use is http://www.imageshack.us. It allows resizing as well, and you don't need to make an account to use it. The only benefit an account gives is to let you save your images, rather than just getting the link, onto your profile.

As everyone else has said, searching the forum would be the best way to find answers. I would recommend that you familiarize yourself with the forum rules and the other threads on the forum before posting new threads. We have worked very hard to make the forum easy to search so that people in need of information can find it without posting multiple threads on the same topic.
