For soreness get glut amine.. since your body naturally produces that , it'll help your recovery, and the soreness will be to a minimum to none at all depending on what kind of glut amine you actually get.

edit--- for how much fruit you should eat a day is 5 portions... which comes out to
     Small-sized fruit: 2 or more, for example 2 plums, 2 satsumas, 3 apricots, 2 kiwi fruit, 7 strawberries, 14 cherries, 6 lychees
Medium-sized fruit: 1 medium fruit, such as 1 apple, banana, pear, orange, nectarine, or 1 sharon fruit
Large fruits: half a grapefruit, 1 slice of papaya, 1 slice of melon (2-inch slice), 1 large slice of pineapple, 2 slices of mango (2-inch slices)

awesome to see people getting inspired ... maybe we all should post before and after pics? it might help some people that want to do something, to actually do it

cant wait to get back in the gym after this recovery.

37  Lounge / Off Topic / Re: ECM Fitness Thread on: August 10, 2009, 05:25:10 PM
its on the first post of mine... A good rule of thumb is to drink at least 1 ounce of water per every 2 pounds of body weight.... but i would say 100 ounces a day since your 180 and half of that would be 90 plus 10 ounces.

Healthy kidneys are able to excrete approximately 1 liter of fluid per hour.  which a litre per hour is very easy to drink. so to flood your body would be easy

edit ::: which 1 litre in fluid ounces is only 34 fluid ounces

haha it is true... its water intoxicatoin and hyponatremia.. its commonly seen in athletes,it results when a dehydrated person drinks too much water without the accompanying electrolytes. But it is caused by how fast you drink it, not by how much really because some days you need more than others depending on what your activity it is,how hot, or even how much water loss you have had, so as long as it is spread out you would be fine. Plus i mean its such an uncommon thing to happen, but it does. So its just something to tell people so atleast there aware and dont go drinking an alot in one take. Since i doubt people want to feel the same effect as being drowned because that is what is simulated.

lacking motivation is mainly everyone's problem that wants to be in shape. What you have to do is just go in, and do it on your own and not rely on someone else because if you do , when they decide to not go as much or completely stop then your time of going will be reduced also, since your dependent on someone else. What you can first do is take a multivitamin, that will will help you to feel better,a proper diet, get at least 7 hours of sleep a night, and proper hydration because it is an important component of just about every function that takes place within us, water is the major part of our saliva, stool, and urine and it also cushions and lubricates brain and joint tissue. It transports nutrients and carries waste away from body cells, and it helps regulate body temperature by distributing heat and cooling the body through perspiration (blood is 83 percent water, muscles are 76 percent water and even 22 percent of bones is water. So average water intake would be half your body weight plus ten ounces. If not a gallon of water a day is perfect. If you want some nutrition tips and work outs let me know.

well  speeding is not breaking a law it is a staue, by all means by knowing your rights and not giving them up you can get out of the ticket legally and he cannot give it to you... if you ever get a chance you can watch the anti terrorist police on youtube ... its an actual video of a cop disguised, and he tells you how to get away legally... in reality it works friends have used it while smoking illegal substances in public and gotten away all becuase they kept there rights and didnt agree with anything they said or disagee,,,you talk as i believe that its this and this or im referred to as joe blake.. etc..its im complying under duress. and that way anything you say or do cannot be used against you in the court of law.
