So the Accord doesn't get driven all that much anymore.  Last summer, when I took it out for it's bi-annual inspection, my a/c was blowing warm air.  A quick trip to Benny's and an a/c system recharge seemed to do the trick and I was back in business with cold air.  Now, less than a year later, I'm blowing warm air again.  What could this be an indicator of?  Freon leak, crack in radiator somewhere, or what?

If you recharged it and it worked for a while, it's quite possibly a leak. More than likely the little o rings on the lines attached to the compressor. You could try using AC pro being that it has sealant in it. Before doing anything tho, check to make sure that the compressor clutch is engaging when you turn on the AC.

^ How do you check that?  Usually you hear "the sound" when it kicks over.

With the engine running and the AC off, look at the pulley on the compressor. The center of the pulley is not moving. Turn on the AC to max, ignore the fans, look at the center of the pulley again. It should be spinning if the clutch is engaged. If it looks the same, then we have to check the clutch relay in the fuse box under the hood.

Well.  If I looked at the right area and pulley way down on the compressor (key word "if"), it didn't appear to be moving.

Dave, send me a pic or video of what you're looking at. You can trace back the AC lines down to where they connect to the compressor.
