Title: Tire Recommendation for 19" Forged Rays Engineering Wheels Post by: PaJoDe on September 27, 2013, 02:46:27 AM I got a set of 4 19" Forged Rays Engineering wheels from a G35 this year. The wheels I received were 225/45/19 front w/ 19x8 and 245/45/19 rear w/ 19x8.5. My tires now are pretty much done for the summer. I put my stocks back on and looking to purchase new tires for next year.
Anyone know what set up I should go with? Thanks for the suggestions! Note: My current suspension set up is Eibach Sportline Springs and KONI Yellow Shocks. As for sizes, see below.
Fronts: 225/40/19. Alternate sizes 225/35/19, 235/35/19, 245/35/19. Rears: 245/35/19. Alternates size 235/35/19, 255/35/19. I'm unsure about which tire size to use for my fronts because of the offset being +30mm. The front tires I used up for these wheels (225/45/19) were poking a bit. Would a smaller section width be better (215/35/19)? I don't want this car to look like a 4x4.
