Title: Greddy Evo2 Question
Post by: Accord Euro-R on December 04, 2009, 08:07:07 PM
So I finally have an opportunity to get my car on a lift and fix my nasty exhaust leak.  I need to order replacement gaskets from Greddy, but I don't know what size to get.  I know I need 3 gaskets of the 2-flange variety, but I don't know if I need the 60mm, 70mm, or 80mm.  Everything I have found either doesn't have the specs or says the piping is 60-80mm so it isn't very helpful.  Someone please gimme an answer ASAP!

Brah!
Finally getting around to fixing that shit, huh? Is it something you can measure? Take a gasket off and measure the diameter with a metric tape. I'd think you could narrow it down if the different sizes are 10mm apart.

I wish it were that simple.  Since I bought it used, I had to get cheap gaskets which have all just evaporated so I have nothing there.  The only measure I could get would be to measure the diameter of the pipe itself but ill have to get under the car to do that.

I was curious to know if any one as a greddy evo 2 with the j-pipe and pre-cats. I am really thinking about having that set-up, but want to know what it sounds like.

I usually just trace the flange and goto my local Advance autoparts and match it up.
