The answer is NO.

See diagrams.

2003 Acura TL Type S

2004 Acura TL-S

As you can see, the items are not the same. A simple research would've clarify your decision. (Research time varies by person)

Yeah the 2nd gen TL's parts are compatible with the 6th gen Accords. 7th gen Accords use 3rd gen TL parts.

You will need to have access to a lift and a good set of tools to get this job done.  You should also have a set of new endlinks on hand in case you break one...trust me on this one.

Getting at the bolts that hold the sway bar brackets in place is the biggest PITA of the install.  Even dropping the subframe did not totally alleviate the BS associated with it.

I quoted milan a generously inexpensive install rate when we were speaking about his front sway bar installation, I remembered it to be a piece of cake when I installed Tim's during his TSX tranny install, but I forgot that it was so easy because the subframe was out of the car and within easy reach of my favorite impact gun.  Milan's subframe was still attached to the car and I needed to exercise the now huge muscles between my thumb and forefinger to twist those little buggers out after breaking them loose with a ratchet and socket...time consuming is an understatement...

I agree with Skippy. I have done this install myself. Getting the bolts on and off will be the toughest part. I did in fact get it done in less then an hour. If you don't have the proper tools, you will find yourself in a deep hole.

I just installed my RSB, took about 35-45 minutes with the car on no jacks, and using really short wrenches. I did NOT have a fun time, lol. Some elbow grease did the job.
