Title: Eagle Warranty Company!! Post by: Mike on March 30, 2009, 10:57:12 AM I'm going to warn all of you before hand that this is going to be a rage inspired rant.
If you ever buy a used car, and are offered a warranty by this company keep your money and run!!! The warranty is esentially useless. As you all know my transmission shit the bed recently. This warranty company has warrantied my car since 01/30/09. The car has been under warranty 2 months, and they will not cover the entire cost of having the transmission rebuilt. They say that they will only pay the cost of the cheapest repair available which in my case is a junk yard transmission, and the labor to install. Of course I was never told about this when I paid the 1000 dollars for this warranty at the dealer! To me it's a bit shady on there part, and I just wanted to make other aware of the tatics they use.
