Title: All at once Post by: 06RockHead on May 29, 2013, 09:47:41 PM High guys didn't know where else to put this, anyways my brothers 04 sedan just blew out ALL 4 bulbs within a day. One low SS Ultra went then the next night the other low beam SS Ultra went along with the two high beam bulbs which were just standard bulbs. Here's the catch the SS Ultras failed normally blowing out the filament. The cheap bulbs in the highs literally exploded with one shattering completely and the other blowing a melt hole through the bulb! Replaced all 4 for now and all seems good. Is there something up with the car? What should I look for ?
Title: Re: All at once Post by: gargantula99 on May 29, 2013, 10:28:03 PM Depends on how the bulbs were installed. I've had both headlight on my moms CR-V blow out at once and it was because the guy that installed them for her touched the bulbs with his bare hands.

Title: Re: All at once Post by: ertpecs on May 30, 2013, 04:13:17 PM SS's suck for low beams. I ended up getting rid of them for lows and only ran them in my highs. It's not surprising that they blew, but IDK about the highs. Good luck with your suspension.
