Title: Gears Slipping

Car: 2003 Accord I4 Auto
Miles: 92K

Hey guys I need some help figuring this out. I was driving to work this morning and for some reason whenever the car would switch gears it would rev past the usual rpm to switch and then just randomly kick in at a high rpm. From what I can tell this happened to basically 1st, 2nd and I believe 3rd gear, but is more noticeable if I'm at a dead stop and begin to press on the gas again as it seems its having trouble switching gears.

My first assumption is transmission fluid, but I just got an oil change yesterday at Valvoline and I saw them check my tranny fluid (then again my car wasn't on). He never said anything about it so I assumed it was ok. I'm at work now so I have no time to check for myself until later.

EDIT: IT DOESN'T DO IT ALL THE TIME

EDIT 2: I almost didn't make it home today, God it was so bad. The tranny fluid is fine btw. I spoke with a mechanic and he test drove my car and said that the tranny sounds fine because it does shift at a low rpm. He said it could be the overdrive since it goes crazy at a higher rpm. I left him my car and he'll check it out tomorrow. Anyone have ideas? Vtec Solenoid possible?

Have you ever changed your transmission fluid?
