Title: Colored Interior Lights Post by: clapton924 on March 12, 2009, 11:09:05 PM A while ago I replaced all of my map, dome, and courtesy lights with blue LEDs. I'm starting to think this look has ran its course and is sort of rice. I'm thinking of returning it to stock or with white LEDs.

I'm not really a fan of colored LED's because they defeat the purpose of having interior lights if you actually need to use them for something. Of course, colored bulbs (when done tastefully) can look good.

If i had a choice, i would have them both hooked up, with a switch to be able to change between them (like i do my trunk cathodes).

Title: Re: Colored Interior Lights Post by: Mike on March 13, 2009, 08:30:24 AM In certain cases it's okay but, IMO not as replacement for stock lighting. If your adding tubes under your seats to add a little lite to your interior blue looks good.
