Im sure il have more mods on this list, but im still undecided where im trying to go with this build.

Cars History
After i sold my eg6, i bought the car in December of 2011, off a relative who owns a shop. He replaced the motor, tranny, axles, lower control arms, a/c unit, clutch, rims, tires, rotors and pads. The cars motor currently has 15k miles on it, while the rest of the car has just a tad over 100k.

After owning the car for a month, i bought new headlights and kept it pretty stock until i was able to recently purchase my coilovers and rear camber kit. Im going for a "Stanced" look with this built, since my eg6 was more of a purpose built car. I love the look of properly fitted cars, but i need to be able to keep it street worthy as it is my daily driver. I have to commute to school and work 6 days a week, so it needs to be reliable also.

Oh and btw, im only 18 yrs old. I like reliability of this car, and the comforts of the leather, heated seats and navigation. After purchasing my eg6, i realized i wasnt hugely into the cars other typical teenagers are driving around my area. I like to be comfortable, and not bouncing off the ground in my civic anymore lol.

Welcome James. Honestly, I don't mind the American Racing Wheels. They kind of remind me of TL A-Spec wheels, just smaller.

I wanna know more about the EG6.  What did you have done to it?

Well, i bought it bone stock with 200k on it. Only bought it because it was unmolested and had no rust whatso ever. The guy i bought it from owned a body shop and had the whole exterier done. 2 days after I bought it, it had a new set of rims, coils, duckbill, mirrors, lip, camber kit, exhaust, intake. Pretty much anything you can think of, was done to the car. Driving the car become tough. Right when i sold the car it was sitting an inch off the ground, and wasnt even able to turn around in my street anymore. I had origionally sourced a k24, from a totally accord actually to swap into the car. I had the mounts, ecu, wiring harness and block ready, all i needed was the head, and i was golden. Then i saw this car(My accord) that my uncle had at his shop. Fresh motor swap with all new parts. He was going to sell it for 9 g's, I told him i would give him 5,500 and he said yea, so i instantly sold the civic to some guy in Virginia. Im so happy i sold the EG, it was like playing with a matchbox car. These are some of the last pics before i sold it. At this point i raised the car because the guy wanted me to for his ride back to VA. These pics are from the day before it was sold

That's cool man. It suck when you mod your car so much it's not street able any more. I think that's why I don't see the point of cars that are super dumped or "stanced" so aggressively that you have to drive 20 mph everywhere. In the same right, a 600 whp civic is also equally as pointless if it's a street car.

yea it was pretty fun. Weighed just over a ton, so making it fast was pretty simple lol.

Im really glad I sold my eg for my accord. it so much nicer, and has power windows, locks, steering and a/c-heat :]

Great news, coilovers came from UPS today, and ontop of that my dvd rom showed up and now my navigation works like a charm. It a good day! Coilovers will be installed this weekend, il keep everyone posted

Well i got the camber arms done last night, which i had to cut off btw. I did the coils this morning, and im going for a alignment tomorrow morning. These are the only pics i have right now, because i have seemed to misplace my camera charger

Thanks man, i really still have to do some tweakin with the height, im almost maxed out at how high it can be with these coils, but still have like 5 inches before its as low as it can go loll. Next on the agenda is rims!

Wow, the max height still provides a pretty nice drop.  :)... What wheels are you planning for?  Or is that confidential  :-X... LoLz.

umm, well im not totally decided on rims yet. I want to keep it low costs, as im in college still. I was looking at the XXR 527 or the 530's when they come out. Il prob get the 530's just to change it up a little. After full time work in the summer il be getting Work Meisters during the winter and saving them until the weathers appropriate.

hahhaha  :) i might have to drop it another 1/4 inch so my new rims look good with it. I also painted my valve cover today, il have a pic up in a minute

Im thinking about throwing a graphite pearl paint over the crinkle to make it a gray crinkle, idk how it will come out tho so its still up in the air

I think the black looks awesome! Are you going to paint the two plastic covers as well?

I'll probably leave the covers how they are, mine are in really good shape without any scratches or anything. Im in the process of building my own intake, using a egay intake and needing to cut it and throwing a k&n on it. I'll be painting the piping wrinkle black also to tie it in with the valve cover.

Heres a picture with the valve cover on. Its a terrible picture because its from my phone, and the sun glare is killing it. Once i find my fuggin camera charger il get some real photos.

Hey D, tell James to lose that HD lip. It looks to be falling off. Now it looks like I need to refinish my wheels if he's going to keep the black.

Blacked out trim looks good. Guess I'll have to move that up on my list. Then I am on the hunt for a OEM front lip that I won't pay out the ass for.

not quite sure on the years, but mitsubishi made a awd turbo galant at one point in time that was very fast stock.

Pretty sure it was an older one than that but I could be wrong.  I mean I know of one down the street from me that was older, but not sure how long they made it.

Only way you'll get one is calling your dealer and see if they can locate one for you. That's what I did.

After paint looking at like $400 for a front lip...I've seen some sprout up on the forums and CL, I'm in no rush since I think I'll end up ripping it off at my current height.

Used is a cheaper option than new. I should have saved one of my sedan front lips.

Well hopefully you get lucky finding a cheap OEM one from someone bc no one in their right mind sells an OEM lip for under $250. If they do, it still probably wouldn't be your color. ???

I bought two OEM front lips used on b20vtec for $250 for both. They were precut for the 06-07, but one was silver other was black, so I ended up selling them and making profit lol. I regret it!

LOL sorry for the lack of updates, and thanks D. he just told me he put these on here lol The wheels are 18x9 +35, and yea that WAS a Home Depot diy lip. It is currently halfway on/halfway off the car from me being to low and it hitting every possible thing on the road. Im doing a new spoiler under my oem lip, so the HD lip will be off this weekend
