I don't know if you have been experiencing the same issues as others with the headliner making noise or not but at least for me it was a real pain in the ass. I just wanted to suggest adding some soft foam between the headliner and the interior roof when you put everything back in the car. Even if you don't have the problem now, it may prevent it later from surfacing later on and it doesn't hurt anything doing it. I mainly focused the foam between the dome light and the rear window. I also put two smaller pieces on either side of the dome light. You just gotta make sure you place the foam in places it won't inhibit the sunroof cover from opening all the way. Sorry for the off topic, just wanted to make sure you knew about this while you had it all apart.

Title: Re: sunroof cover Post by: Rushzer0 on January 21, 2012, 12:44:18 PM Ya it's a fucking bitch! You have to remove the rivets and when you done put new rivets back in....or you can do it on the car like I did I just basically measured and cut the fabric to size leaving some overhang of course (bout an 1" - 1 1/2") sprayed the very edge of the fabric, tucked the sprayed edge of the material up into the back of it so it sorta held itself there. Then I sprayed the cover and the fabric and pushed the two together working it flat with my hands starting from the back center working my way to the front and out. Using a butter knife that I bent slightly to get the edges right. Honestly the very back portion of the cover you will never see so if it's not perfect don't worry about it just make sure it's stuck there good and doesn't snag and your golden.
