What: Meet up at Hermann Park, photoshoot around the park, Belaire, & Rice Village, dinner either at El Chacho's on Westiemer or Jax's Diner in Rice Village, hang out afterward

Where: We will be meeting at at the Hermann Park Golf Course parking lot with this approximate address: 5924 Golf Course Dr, Houston, TX, United States (take a look at the satellite picture on google maps if you need clarification)

Who: Everyone is invited, if you have a 7th generation accord or not and feel free to bring friends

We would like to add a something new to the regional threads. What we are looking to do is have a Squad leader for each region. The way that we would like to conduct this is to get nominations from the members of each region for who you think the squad leader should be. After this the people nominated will be contacted and asked if they mind taking on the duties of being the squad leader (Basically maintaining the OP, and keeping the member list updated) we have had some squads whose OP has become in active, and this has left the member list unchanged for a period of time. After receiving the nominations and ensuring the nominees are interested we will post a pole in each squad thread and allow everyone to vote.

Please PM nominations, and suggestions to me over the next 7 days.

Suleman and I were the only ones whoever planned anything...I'm in Austin busy with school/work and he's in Houston busy with the same. At least when we were in the same city we would meet up every once in a while even if not for a real meet to just work on each others cars and such. the other thing is that a bunch of the houston crew got caught up on g7a and don't post here as often


I guess I can plan something...there is going to be a very big meet and show here in Austin at the end of June...hmmm

I'm just busting everyone's chops.  I know a lot of you guys are pretty busy with school and life.  Anyway, there's a chance I may be getting a new job and relocating to TX.  I don't know the details of anything yet because I haven't interviewed for the job yet.  I have a few meetings set up with some people to try and get this position because I want to get out of my current job, yet stay with the company.  I'm also looking to get the hell out of MA as fast as possible.  It would be nice if this squad could get revived and some events can be set up.  I'm just hoping I can be a part of that if I move down there.

houston is about 3 hours from SA or Austin. SA to austin is about an hour (this is all without traffic, which there always is in houston lol)

Yeah man.  We'll see what happens.  Right now, I am waiting to hear about the job and interview for it.  Then I have to find out when I'm expected down there and then try to pull the funds together to move since they're not going to pay to relocate me.

Well, the job I interviewed for was given to someone else local.  I'm definitely not going to be moving to TX now.

I was hoping to move down there also.  I guess living in TX just isn't in the cards for me.  I'm going for the same job in Nashville now.  Hopefully they don't pick anyone local.
