Ride:2009 8th Gen Civic EX Coupe (FG1) wish it was an FG2.. Color:Rallye Red Engine:R18A1 Tranny:5M/T Status:4x4 and slow Location:The 937, Ohio Occupation:Highschool student/intern at a small business Interests:Cars(Imports), music, photography, videography, gaming, computers Awards:She's never been to any shows.. Why am I here?I know some people with 7th Gen Accords, one with a 6th Gen, now one with a 5th Gen, and I get to drive my Step-dads 8th 6-6 every once and while. Right now there are two cars that I would love to have: 1)A Taffy White or NightHawk Black 07 V6 Accord Coupe , or a Taffy White 8th Gen Si Sedan with full JDM converted front and back. Don't get me wrong, I love my FG1, but it's slow, and there are like zero aftermarket parts for the R18 and for coupes.. We are just getting motor mounts done, and finally getting a quality cat delete pipe done for us. So that's why I'm here, I want to live vicariously through those who have a nice 6-6 7.5 Gen Coupe. Yeah, all the people I know with Accords have J or C series engines. :flip: But Tim there's nothing sounding than a K series engine with a CT Engineering or Jackson Racing supercharger. Especially the whine on the k20z3 in the 8th Gen Civics reving to 8k and sometimes 9 with the proper mods... :thumbsup: But I'm jelly of all of you guys. You guys with the K's who complain about crap torque should come take a ride in my car... the r18 is pathetic... And seriously google "Accord V6 Comptech" Theres a SBP one just like mine doin a run down the street... I just love the charger whine in general. It would be one of the reasons for me to go SC over turbo. And just an update. I just ordered front and back JDM emblems, as well as a J's Racing Steering wheel emblem. I'm also looking to get fogs and the HFP front lip after I work during my winter break. |
