Title: Favorite Movies Post by: Mike on March 15, 2010, 02:24:45 PM This is off the beaten ECM path by a long shot but, there is a reason for it. I've only recently started taking the time to watch movies. In fact as crazy as I sounds I watched The Godfather for the first time today. I'd like to watch some of the great movies that I've never taken the time to see. So I pose the question to you all. What are your five favorite movies of all time?

He also made the Transformers and Bad Boys flix. Title: Re: Favorite Movies Post by: dizzle on March 16, 2010, 02:04:26 PM Quote from: "Icebox" ^ a fan of tarantino i see i am lol. theres a few i still havent seen yet like jackie brown. +1 on realistic war movies. like black hawk down or tears of the sun (probably not historical but could be a true depiction of certain accounts i guess) Title: Re: Favorite Movies Post by: Icebox on March 16, 2010, 02:27:06 PM i guessing that you would love jackie brown since you have pulp fiction and reservoir dogs in your list. i have all of his films on dvd and jackie brown might be my favorite, its hard to pick one.

Title: Re: Favorite Movies Post by: timot_one on March 16, 2010, 03:39:13 PM The best part is how realistic it is. Anyone that has ever worked in a restaurant knows what I'm talking about.

Anyone that has ever worked in a restaurant knows what I'm talking about. gotta agree with that. i did dishes for one of the naval base restaurants/catering and occasionally i would help dish up plates. and i remember one time my boss who was the head chef took a piece of salmon, and ran it under the sink water to wash off the sauce. i admit theres no harm in that i suppose but just the thought of what he could have done. maybe lick the sauce off and serve it lol another movie to add to the list is "yes man" with jim carey. although i found him obnoxious in his earlier films like dumb and dumber or the mask, "yes man" was actually pretty good Title: Re: Favorite Movies Post by: status on March 18, 2010, 12:56:10 PM Quote from: "sherker55" Quote from: "status" 1.
