Does anyone have the "PASSENGER AIRBAG" writing above their hazard button like in the picture? Im curious because the one in my ride doesn't and I wanna buy this one to mod up. Is it just a indicator light to let me know the Pass. AB is functioning?

Are you talking about just the writing, or the writing plus the indicator light? In the EX models (just assuming), there's that light because if there's a certain weight in the passenger seat, it'll automatically turn off the airbags for that side and the "OFF" light will come on. I'm not sure what the weight is, but I know if you push on the seat with your hand, the light will come on. This is what I figured out from just looking at it.

Well I have an EX and I don't have that, and yes I mean the writing and the indicator light. I just have the Hazard button on mine. Im just curious cuz the guy says it from an 03-05 accord.

Strange. The only other possibility I can think of is that it's a feature only on the EX-L model? Doesn't make sense I know, lol. Maybe Honda gave the cold shoulder to your car and put on whatever panel they had left, lol.

it automatically shuts off the airbag say if you have a child in the front seat

I have a 7.5gen EX and I have the light. Not sure if the text is there, but I believe it is. Turns off airbags when my younger brother sits on the seat (60lbs).

Get it and scrape off the "Passenger Airbag" lettering. Then you can use the light as a spot for a custom shift light!!

Haha that'd be awesome. Have an OFF light for a shift light. That would confuse other people so much.

They moved the light to that position in 2004. The 2003's have it somewhere else (on the instrument panel I think?)
