Hey guys, just lowered my TSX on Tein SS! Right now I'm barely tucking but I'll probably go all the way during the summer. Enjoy the pics, I'll do a real photoshoot later.

Haha I'll put it as low as it can go in a few months. I'll probably get wheels later on but I don't have the money for it right now.

imo, i'd go with wheels. then get your ride height settled with the new wheels. after that, a lip kit would really set it off.

Looks good, I want to do the Tein's too! Only thing I worry about is weight in the back, I always have my trunk full and/or shit in the back seat...will it bottom out in the rear, or will new coilovers cure that problem?

I doubt it will bottom out. The wheel wells in the back are pretty big. Just don't drive over bumps fast and you won't have problems.
I decided to just say fuck it and I dropped it down to the bottom of the threads on the coilovers which was only about .5"-1" lower. Now the front tires almost rub when turning and I barely scrape on my driveway. I'll try to get some pictures today.

Looks nice, although I'm not a fan of the slammed look (if you end up going that route). I like it when there's almost no gap left between the tire and the fender, but you can still see the top of the tire. I just don't like it when the fender covers up part of the tire/wheel. But hey, that's just my opinion, and you shouldn't give a fuck about it, lol. Either way you look at it, you're lowered and I'm not, so I'm jealous!

Get Tein Basic's Mark. They are less expensive and won't have adjustability you probably don't need.

That seems about right on the price. Try to find a used set. I got mine for $650 shipped. If you look around you can probably find some cheap ones.

These are even better than the SS and retail for about $1600. You might be able to get the guy to ship it since he hasn't gotten any local offers.

These are also nice but not rebuildable like Teins. BNIB also!

Good stuff, thanks for looking around...now I know a deal can be found. I'm just a little shakey on buying used suspension parts like this...if they are bad and were to fail, then it would not be pretty...
