The airbag light on my 03 has been coming on and off for like 2yrs now and Honda has checked it and can't figure out WTF is going on, of course they want to keep it over night and monitor it more (more fucking $$$)...

There's a TSB for that. It's the ECU. They should be able to fix that with a re-flash or a new ECU.
