Well, here it is.  I would transfer the member lits from G7A, but most of the members from there are not registered on here as of yet.  Figured the best way for us to organize again would be to make a place for us to discuss meets again.

We are Gen 7 owners from Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.  Always look for new members so let one of us know if your interested in attending a meet.  I currently don't have much information on anything and I am hoping that this thread will spark some interest so we can get back together.  This can always be edited.

HERE'S THE DETAILS



DATE : SATURDAY MARCH 14TH, 2009


TIME : 1 PM(KEEP THE FASHIONABLY LATE ENTRANCE OUT)


LOCATION : MERCER COUNTY PARK
PART : FIELDS 3-9
( instead of making a left to west picnic area u make a right into the fields parking lot)


CITY & STATE : WEST WINDSOR NJ


DIRECTIONS :


Going North or South on US 1
At the Quaker Bridge Road intersection with US 1 (a cloverleaf at Quaker Bridge Mall), take Quaker Bridge Road (County 533) south.
Continue south through 4 traffic lights (the 4th is Village Road).
Continue on about another 0.7 miles through one more traffic light to the intersection with Hughes Drive (which comes in from the left); Quaker Bridge Gardens Nursery is on the southeast corner. Note: You will pass the park’s Quaker Bridge Road fields (QB1 to QB4), which will be on your left across from the "Park Plaza" strip mall. These fields are not within the main park area.
Turn left on to Hughes Drive. Continue on Hughes Drive for about 0.7 miles to the Mercer County Park entrance on your left. Make a left into the park; this is the main road through the park.


From North Jersey via the NJ Turnpike, Exit 9
After exiting, take NJ 18 north about 0.5 miles to US 1 south. Go south on US 1 for about 19 miles to Quaker Bridge Road south (a cloverleaf). Then see directions above from US 1.


From North Jersey via the NJ Turnpike, Exit 8A
After the toll booth, follow NJ 32 west through the first traffic light to US 130 (second traffic light).
Turn left (south) on US 130 to Old Trenton Road (6th traffic light after you get on US 130).
Turn right on Old Trenton road. Go through a traffic light (about 0.3 mile) and continue about 2.5 miles to the next traffic light at Princeton-Hightstown Road (county 571; Getty Station on the southwest corner).
Continue on Old Trenton Road through two more lights (at Village Road and Edinburgh Road).
After going through the 2nd light, continue to the Mercer County Park entrance. Make a right in to the park; this is the main road through the park.


From South Jersey via the NJ Turnpike, Exit 7A (I-195)
After the toll booth, follow signs for I-195 West (Trenton).
Follow I-195 West to Exit 2; I-295 North (Princeton).
Follow I-295 North to Exit 67; US1 North.
Follow US1 North past Quaker Bridge Mall on your right, then see directions above from US 1


From South Jersey via I-295 North
Follow I-295 North to Exit 67; US1 North.
Follow US1 North past Quaker Bridge Mall on your right, then see directions above from US 1

Thank god there are accord lovers around my area, i feel so lonely when all i see when i drive are these "plain jane" or riced out accords. I went to an advance auto and i parked next to another gp accord. I made my baby stand out just enough before turning it ricey lol. Although i need a drop badly.

May i suggest a mini-meet on the 27th or 28th? Ill be home for a bday and i need some nice shots with fellow members

we have one on memorial day with my other tristatetuners club in ridley creak state park. last time it was good turn out and as long as weather cooperates.

ill be travelling with my parents and my younger brother...4 people in a car for 7 hours....i dont think so

My friend borrowed an Adderal from another friend and drove from PA to FL in a straight shot. I've yet to do it. That's straight troopin.

Just to add to the convo , i just went to florida 2 weeks ago , and made it in 16hrs from Newark, Nj to Orlando, FL RT192 in my dads van , i think i can Do better in my car , just stopping for gas and bathroom.....lol

I agree that taking the accord with 4 people can be done. We bought this van mainly due to trips to the states and what not.

I did Philadelphia, PA to Springfield, IL in 11 hours only stopping 3 times. Twice to drain the lizzard, and once by a trooper for speeding...
I wont be trying that again anytime soon lol. Red Bull FTW

We would like to add a something new to the regional threads. What we are looking to do is have a Squad leader for each region. The way that we would like to conduct this is to get nominations from the members of each region for who you think the squad leader should be. After this the people nominated will be contacted and asked if they mind taking on the duties of being the squad leader (Basically maintaining the OP, and keeping the member list updated) we have had some squads whose OP has become in active, and this has left the member list unchanged for a period of time. After receiving the nominations and ensuring the nominees are interested we will post a pole in each squad thread and allow everyone to vote.

Please PM nominations, and suggestions to me over the next 7 days.
