My EliteCM friends,

This is my first year participating in this event. Each year, they do a rally to raise toys for Toys for Tots. I am asking my friends and family to either donate toys or money so I can purchase toys for this event. Whatever money I obtain from donations will be used to purchase the maximum amount of toys possible. Any donation amount is accepted, $1, $5, $10....whatever you can afford. $1.03 will buy a hot wheels car. Even if that is all you can provide, it will help a family in need. I realize times are tough, so if you cannot afford to, no worries. There is no expectation on my part for you to participate. Just wanted to maximize the exposure to this.

The easiest way to get me the money is to send it to my PAYPAL account, which is: skizot@mac.com. If you decide to do this, please send this as a GIFT and not a payment, so Paypal does not charge me any fees.

If you would rather send the money via mail, you can do so to my home address and if you would prefer to send me toys to give, you can equally mail them to me, but obviously I did not want everyone to burden the cost of having to ship toys out. If you need my home address, please PM me.

I will continue to accept donations until December 18th at 5pm (this gives me time Friday night to go purchase more), as on Saturday, December 19th, there is a second Toys for Tots collection event I will be participating with at the Orlando Automotive Club Cars and Cafe event that is here in Orlando.

If one of my best friends was not a Marine, I would have sent you money, I always just buy a few toys and give them to him.

That's cool with me. It all goes to the same cause  :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:  :!:  

I also participate in Toy's for Tot's my company matches the dollar amounts of all gifts given but, it's wonderful that you are putting this out there. I know none of us have a lot of expendable income but, every child deserves a gift.

Thank you again for helping me with this years Toys for Tots rally. If you have not yet been able to donate and would still like to, please see how to above. We have already purchased over $250 worth of toys from just my efforts so far. I just did the math, if everyone that is active on the forums could donate just $2, I could double the amount of toys I have already purchased. Just $2 each. I know many of you are in need this holiday as well, so I totally understand that you may need that $2, but if you find yourself in a position to have that extra cash, please help out. Thanks!

I made my usuall local donation, and sent you some cash also! As Scott said above anyone that can help please do so. Maybe make a 3 dollar donation, and skip your coffee tomorrow morning. It's a small sacrafice to put a smile on a kid's face for the holidays!

I only have 3 days left to gather any last minute donations as this Saturday is when I will be participating in the TFT drive. I have another order from Amazon.com on the way in with 4 more larger toys that were on clearance for 75% off, so the money is being spent wisely. All the Star Wars Toys were purchased for under $5 on sale!!!

Just donated Scott!  I haven't had a chance to go out and buy some toys to donate, so thank you for going out and purchasing some toys for the kids. :-)

I hope to see a blitz of donations tomorrow. Payday for some maybe you'll find a couple of extra dollars. This is a great cause, and every penny count's.

That'd be badass if there was a large influx of cash to help out. Kind of like a mass cash exodus.
