Awesome choice mark...what width and offset did you get?? Go with some black muteki locking lugs...I got them on my wheels and they haven't chipped or faded so far...can't wait to see your setup...its gonna look sweet!! If you haven't got any tires yet look into the nitto neo gens...very happy with these tires also and not overly expensive either...use discounttiredirect.com for free shipping

sup matt, the GP's are 18x7.5 and the offset is 48, did you get the muteki locking lug nuts on ebay?, and yeah i cant wait to put them on and i was thinking of putting 245/40/18 instead of 235 on them since, the offset is a bit to high, but will see.

mark...with your drop that offset should be ok...the more you drop your car the more the wheels pull in on the car. the lugs came with my wheels actually....stick with the 235Title: Re: Its about time!

I'm not sure if I've posted pictures of the 245's (other than the damage caused by Sears by mounting them). Most of the pictures of my wheels have the 235's on them still.

yeah i saw it at your thread about sears damaging your wheels and in your profile when the sides of your car is getting shaved. I assume thats 245 on your profile cuz after seeing your wheels got new tires(245 from sears) you still had your door protector on.

roll, don't shave.. shaving can diminish structural integrity of the fender.. if the roll is done properly, you shouldn't have to worry about cracked paint..Title: Re: Its about time!

The chrome surrounds are easy. Either you pay someone to paint them, or do like I and many others have done with Blackout Tape.

really? is it pretty durable? I hate the random chrome on the car...like in the front grill...I love the dark gray that's on the bottom side, but then the the chrome part on the top just doesn't look right...but I love the H to be bright, and pop. I wonder if different trim levels had color in the front grille, or do they all have the chrome up top.

^^ yeah the tape is made of vinyl and its very durable and all of the front grille are chrome doesn't matter vp, lx, or ex, the best way to get rid of it is to spray paint that section. Also i will be spraying my H emblems black soon to match my color scheme.
