Title: FINALLY fixed my dull lenses - before/after shots Post by: slipkord on October 10, 2009, 05:52:12 PM This is definitely worth the effort. Took maybe 10 minutes per side. I'll be taking it out after dark to see how much better I can see. I'm sad to actually see how bad I let it get. It's still not where I would like it to be but anything is better than what it was before. I'll be doing my car next week. More pics of that to come. Enjoy

Basically came with two grit types of sandpaper and some almost gel type liquid to polish it up with. Oh and Z, yeah he let me get on, nickjr had connectivity issues lol Title: Re: FINALLY fixed my dull lenses - before/after shots Post by: k24low20z on October 10, 2009, 09:05:39 PM looks good but you will get better results if you buy sand paper 800,1000, 1200, 2000 grid and some plastex will do a way better job.

I might do this, since I plan on keeping her car. I noticed the haze gone but there are some scratches that the liquid didn't fill in Title: Re: FINALLY fixed my dull lenses - before/after shots Post by: Mike on October 10, 2009, 11:43:15 PM Good work man.

Dave (Stricklyaccord) should look into this Title: Re: FINALLY fixed my dull lenses - before/after shots Post by: wtcii on October 11, 2009, 07:12:57 PM They look much better!
I did mine a while back. I had a significant improvement but they still are not perfect. I think I will just replace them with new ones at some point, hopefully with retros.
