Hector, I really wouldn't do the ferry thing especially if you have a drop. I beleive Steve is still trying to get them to pay for damages. Plus it only saves 1hr for $65 one way, but it's up to you

The only reason I had a problem on the ferry is because the guy directing me was a fucking moron and believed that the best was to dislodge things he directed me into was by hammer punching them out of the wheel well.....

I didnt scrape once getting on and or off.

Thankfully I was able to fix the bumper this past weekend.

I wouldnt do the ferry again just because of how they treated my car, and how they treated me after they broke my car.

if you are leaving early in the morning (which I am guessing you would have to) you should hit very little traffic.

I had finished the "blackout" 2 weeks prior. Nobody really knew except for Mike. I was actually asking him through PM if I should do smoke or blackout. The color matched fogs was spur of the moment. As far as my next mod, I won't discuss here until completed. I like surprises, obviously.

im going out this weekend to find exact locations. 11-12 meet up time sounds good.

I was going to scout locations in salisbury ma to meet and figured we could hang out there a bit and then caravan on up to the hampton (nh) strip. there is a ton of parking there right on the strip and i think we could get some pretty cool pics there. Also, there are some nice roads there that run right along the shore line/hampton mansions that could be a fun drive if it is nice out. There are also a ton of restaurants in the area so if people want food we can always stop in someplace

You guys have any idea how late into the evening this meet is gonna go?  I get outta work around 3-4pm, and could feasibly make it up to the NH area in a few hours and stay at the fam's house in east/central NH if need be, but only if you guys will still be up there in the evening.

I don't plan on leaving crazy early. Hell, I'm buying off my wife to go so I think I'll be there for a while. Honestly though, I think I have the longest drive home. Fuck it. Its all good.

i am driving up there from belchertown, ma which is about 15-20 from springfield. i might be driving alone. not sure yet. I have a far drive ahead of me. I am down for staying out till whenever. Hopefully i can crash at my friends apartment. if we are out late late. only way i will drive back same night is if i got someone with me

Nice, I wasn't really worried about finding a place selling seafood out there. Just wanted to throw it out there to see if ya'll knew off the top. I know the place where Tim went last time, man them lobsters were sweet    

As for that mapquest route, I think that's the same route google maps gave me if I was taking the whitestone. So now we gotta find a place before or after the bridge and I dont mind meeting up with ya Tim since it's pretty much en route there.

Rich let me know if the route Z posted is cool with you. Maybe pick a spot to meet up if your gonna be heading on the ct-15 or i-84.

Im scouting the exact location this weekend, but was thinking meeting up around Salisbury beach maybe gettin some shots there and then doing a bit-o-caravaning up to Hampton beach and parking on the strip. There are a ton of parking lots and spots right on the beach and I think we could get some sweet shots there as well as hang out. So most likely by the time you get up here we will be at Hampton.

Gina and I went out this weekend and scouted some spots for the meet. I checked out Salisbury Beach State Reservation. Its a good spot, right on the water. It has a playground, picnic tables, built in grills, horse shoe pits, public bathrooms.

While out there we took a drive up the coast along Ocean Blvd./NH 1A and stumbled upon 2 Ferrari 308's having their pictures taken. They were absolutely GORGEOUS and sounded AMAZING.

That's probably the best route to take Steve.  For the longest time I've always taken 95 up to Milford and crossed over to 15 there.  Lately I've been taking the Hutch into 15 and found that it's a much more relaxing drive.  Less traffic and bullshit to deal with.  Of course, if you're looking for a race late at night, there are a bunch of people out on 95 in CT that will want to race you.

Well my car is slow so no racing for me  on the i95 . The 15 is a nice hilly route, but people dont know how to drive over there. Besides that 95 just looks too dam long for no reason lol.

I'm literally 10mins from entering either 15 or 95. There is not a lot of places to wait for you guys on ct15 so I would say let me know when you guys get on ct15 and then when you are in Westport. I'll hop on and wait for you at a gas after the Bridgeport area. I believe its up in the Milford area of CT15.

Re: loving or hating the cold weather, I've always liked winter and always will, but I think the "like" part dies down a bit as you get older because there's no such thing as a "snow day" that lets you cancel work.  But, bring on ski season.

As it is right now my car will be going into the shop this week to get the CV boot fixed and im not sure when ill have it back. If this meet happens ill be there regardless, but I might be rollin big pimpin in the parents minivan haha

Dude!  The weirdest fucking thing happened.  I went out to go shopping with Robyn, and it was freezing cold when we walked into the store.  When we walked out 20 minutes later, it was fucking warm as hell (compared to how cold it was earlier).  The windows of my place were all fogged up when we got back.  Weird!

I happened to be in the car, and thought my temp sensor had gone the temp literally went up 18 degrees in 10 minutes
