Title: Re: My Old Hobby Post by: mtgtopdeck on February 04, 2011, 10:38:44 PM Great poly modeling!
I'm a 3d graphic design artist myself. I know 3dsmax/maya/solidworks/catia/c4d etc etc Photorealistic rendering is one of my favorite hobbies! I made almost all of the body for this Porsche the stock body/car was a purchased model. http://flickr.com/gp/mtgtopdeck/1d9960 (http://flickr.com/gp/mtgtopdeck/1d9960) When I saw the sesto elemento I made the rims in a few hours (though I didn't spend the time to correctly uv map them): (Source image) (http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e103/mtgtopdeck/Rendered%203D%20Models/sesto_elemento_08rims.jpg) (Wireframe) (http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e103/mtgtopdeck/Rendered%203D%20Models/rims_03.jpg) (work in progress render) (http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e103/mtgtopdeck/Rendered%203D%20Models/rims_02.jpg) Title: Re: My Old Hobby Post by: MyNameIsThien on February 04, 2011, 10:45:09 PM I hate you Thien. >:( You really don't mean that.
