Yeah but I believe they can for the tinted tails due to it being "improper equipment"(that's what my ticket said). However I could be wrong cuz VA and MD differ.

yeah im in MD. i know it's a secondary offense for the tint, and the tails i believe are illegal. but they aren't that dark so who knows what'll happen to me. it's just if i get pulled over and my tint has to come off, then it'll probably stay off. money is real tight right now so nothing is happening that's expensive.

incorrect. i got rid of "sig86" on my pba tag. i have another PBA tag that is not a customized plate
