anyone know how to remove the gasket inside the 4 holes of the valve cover? i got extra valve cover to paint but i cant get those 4 gaskets out. i tried to do 1 of them by force and got most of it off but there are still bits stuck inside the small groove and i think i need to get it all out before i can place it with a new one or it will probably leak. any suggestions how to remove that little bit and how to remove the other 3? thanks!!

You don't, replace the spark plug tube seals, they are not build to be removed in one piece.

If you don't have a seal puller take large flat blade screw driver and hamer them out from the top (not easy, but effective)

Try a screw driver where the tip looks like an ice pick.
