Who has them? Who's heard them? I've been thinking about these things to free up some space behind my front bumper where my current air horns are mounted. here's a link for product description:
CLICK ME!!!
If I did get these, I'd repaint the "protective grills" to a more suitable color like bright neon purple. lol.

I've seen them on scubies too, but never heard them. I guess I may end up guinea pigging these and report back.

What the hell is a scooby?....is that an STi?
Z, if your going to get a horn go for the big dawgs or go home. I know your trying to free up space so this will take some imagnative thinking to make it fit.

I'll mount those bad boys on the roof.
For real though, thanks for your input Mark. Since I haven't heard these things, I might just be the guinea pig. We'll see.

what kind of a difference is the sound, and how much louder? I always feel like my horns should be louder!

I wish I knew. Mark ha some insight on these so maybe he's heard them and could give his opinion on the sound compared to our bitch sounding stock horns. The bitch sounding stock horns are the reason I have air horns currently. I just want to free up some space because my horns are rather large. Just nowhere near as feakishly huge as the ones Jeremy posted nor as ridiculously expensive.

Let's put it this way.. The Hella Supertones are 118dB loud. 118dB is pretty loud.. Most tracks have a limit of 93dB for exhaust, and those exhausts are fairly loud. Best I could probably compare it to is ambulance sirens. Ambulance sirens are about 120dB, but they won't be as loud as an ambulance siren since decibels are on a logarithmic scale.
My best advice, and it won't really be that great because of varying camera quality, is to watch videos on youtube that compare stock horn to supertones. Most of them will probably be subie videos though.

FWIW, the legal limit for sirens in car alarms is 129 dB. 118 dB is still pretty damn loud too.

I just went and looked. I found
this
and
this
. It sounds a good bit louder. On the db rating. I have heard that 3db is the perceivable difference that the human ear can hear. So in theory it should be about as loud as the ambulance.

I guess he has money to burn. I'd rather waste my money on parts that actually make my car faster, hookers, and drugs. Fucking amateurs. :
