Operation Boom Boom Boom: Complete (with pics and install!)

Alrighty folks so here it is finally...the new set-up for my system. still consisting of the same amps:
Rockford P1000-1bd
Rockford P400-4
Rockford 3Sixty.2 Processor
(2) Rockford P3D412 Subs
here's the teasers with my 2 sets of Alpine Type R 6 1/2" components getting installed
http://www.v6performance.net/forums/showthread.php?t=195770
The type Rs are so much cleaner than the Infinity Kappa Perfects! I bought 6x9 adapter plates off crutchfield to get the 6.5" fit with no problems in the rear.
here is the old setup (standard ported box with black suede & black vinyl trimmed and floor trimmed out)
torsion bars still intact and factory navigation in OEM location
amps still the same
now more than a year later
bandpass through the rear deck. had to modify metal rear deck and cut a hole in it
metal gone
resprayed the factory 6x9 speaker grill covers SEM black b/c they were a lil faded
comparison between old box and new box
3/4" plexi for front of box
support for the box and a test fit. on top of having to lose torsion bars i had to use a broom until we figured out something to hold up the trunk
subs wired up and mounted in box
relocated navigation wires to driver side corner of trunk
getting ready to "frost spray" 'Accord' vinyl sticker on the 3/4" plexi
tested and lit up with 2 oznium 12" white cathodes
box in trunk and making trim panel
FIN!:
so for trunk support my coworker just got another piece of 3/4" MDF and wrapped it in black vinyl and recessed a piece of mirror plexi to give it a nice look instead of just a piece of wood lol. yea i couldve spent the money and did some type of linear actuator or motorization but i didnt want to spend any more money and i am happy with the way it is. i don't use my trunk for anything so i barely open it!
trimmed out a port piece. screws are there to hold the panel down because the bass was rattling it with just velcro. screws cant be see but b/c of the flash on my cam you can see in pic
oh yeah here's what everyone was waiting to see. navigation Rom relocated:
and OH YES. IT SLAMS! I haven't gotten it metered yet but its pretty loud. 100x louder than it was before!

Looks good. Like Steve mentioned, it must suck having no trunk space at all. Since you mentioned never using the trunk, I'm sure you don't mind. What did you use to design the enclosure and what are the specs?

Love it, hell of a job. The frosted Accord is definitely a nice touch.

Did you use SW to design the box, or just design it based on the specs of the subs? Sorry, I'm just real curious about that stuff.
