Maybe I didn't ask my question the right way. I know new would be the ideal way to go, but considering the cost of the parts new, is it safe to just get those parts along with the 5MT from the donor car to save some $$?
I know I haven't posted in a while and have just been lurking and reading, but I'm still around and have a question. Anyways, I'm in the process of acquiring parts for my AT to 5MT swap. I already got the axles, shifter box and cables, RSX-S flywheel. I was wondering, would it be better to get the clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and lines (soft & hard) new from Honda or would used be fine? I want to make sure that I don't have any headaches later on. Thanks for the input.
After 2 years, almost deciding to get rid of the car several times and other crap that comes along with life, I'm back with an update. Car is currently in primer waiting for paint after all dents and scrapes have been fixed, updated the front end to 7.5 gen and blackhoused headlights. There is more to come, once it gets painted I'll post more pics.
Pics look very nice. The one I like the most is pic #5 in front of the Venetian Causeway. Awesome location, I never thought of taking pics around that area.

Thanks. I think I have seen your car around....yeah we should meet up one day, I'm down for that.

Welcome Moe, NHBP represent!
I think the TL rims look awesome on the coupe. I think the Magnaflow, TSX IM, and blackhoused headlights all sound like great ideas. Keep us updated!
Thanks, NHBP is the best color there is for these cars. The next things that will go on are the TL-S sway bars and the lowering springs, time to get rid of the 4x4-like ride height.
A car that is bad-ass and the only one that caught my attention when I went to the auto show last year was the MB S65 AMG. Same HP and Tq. as the SL posted above, but in a bigger package and IMO better looking. If I had the bucks, this is what I would drive.
