I looked into putting the 06-07 front and rear lips on my 07 sedan. It seems like a whole lot of work so I decided not to bother. Why not just get the 03-05 sedan front lip? Least they actually make a front lip for your car!

Yeah, I kind of figured that it would take a lot of modification to the OEM sedan bumper to fit the 06-07 coupe lip  . I am attempting to see if I could do something rare.
I was also considering using the 06-07 coupe bumper with HFP lip on the sedan. Anyone try this? I've seen that one guy on v6p do this (specifically in the sedan picture thread), but members were giving him flack because it wasn't clean, particularly the gap between the bumper and the headlights. Apparently the coupe front bumper is slightly longer than the sedans. Am I mistaken? I have done some research, but still feel "in the dark" .

IMHO that one looked like shit. If you have the skill to pull it off then try for sure. Just don't half ass it like he did.

anyone tried this on an 06-07 front bumper?? I'm trying to get ideas for a clean daily look, I want to sell our mugen replica kit and get the real thing. But meanwhile I will use the usdm 06+ bumper until I get everything else squared away.
TIA,
Joel

I'd just go with the tried and tested 03-05 Sedan lip onto 06-07... but I have not seen the coupe lip on 06-07 sedans

The body shop that installed mine said they had to heat up the lip with a heat gun to make it stretch far enough. It looks perfect now.
