TXCM - Houston Meet - March 15th

I'm not sure if there are any TXCM members on this site that are not on g7a, but we are planning a meet over at g7a.

SW Houston, March 15th: meet-up, photoshoot, dinner...the usual

Specifics (as in location) have yet to be determined...post in this thread if your interested...

but here's the meet suggestion i have (copied/pasted from the other thread just to have it here):

Meet/Dinner: Jax's Diner (Rice Village/Belaire area)
Photoshoot:
          Rolling Shots: Neighborhoods around Belaire/Rice Village (very slow speed limit will help us since we can't take pictures going 50 haha)
          Regulars: Few interesting places (bridges and such) around Jax so after dinner we can head out over there.

I would say it'd be a good idea to get the rolling shots down before we go to dinner though since the lighting on the streets is sub-par in that area.


OR we could go to Bubba's Burger Shack (named best buffalo burger in Houston) for dinner and go take pictures and everything in the same areas. Bubba's is right down the street on 59/westpark.

TXCM - Houston Meet - March 15th




When: Sunday March 15th, 5:00 P.M.

What: Meet up at Hermann Park, photoshoot around the park, Belaire, & Rice Village, dinner either at El Chacho's on Westiemer or Jax's Diner in Rice Village, hang out afterward

Where: We will be meeting at at the Hermann Park Golf Course parking lot with this approximate address: 5924 Golf Course Dr, Houston, TX, United States (take a look at the satellite picture on google maps if you need clarification)

Who: Everyone is invited, if you have a 7th generation accord or not and feel free to bring friends

Update: I haven't updated the list, but we are up to around 15+ people for the meet. Meet is still on Rain or Shine. If it rains, we will still meet at the park and then go to a garage for the photoshoot.

Man it's going to be PITA to wash my car, have to remove bike rack, wash, and put it back on....atleast im going to use WP...so no need to get all wet and stuff, especially if its cold outside

dude i need to try some of that stuff. keep thinking about ordering a bottle or so but keep thinking 'Has to be too good to be true'



oh yeah... i'm not washing mine if it's cold tomorrow (tomorrows the last day i have to do anything since i work all day sat. then all day sun.)
