Agreed. With as hard as I drive my car, I don't get that kind of mileage. I'm usually in the low to mid 20's depending on if I was nice.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the laggy vtec engagement that I've been getting. The car feels like a complete slouch until I get over like 3,000 rpm. Who knows.

This is how much i have been getting lately. This is 100% city driving (gf going back and forth to school). I have an I4, with HPS Short Ram Intake, Ralco RZ Underdrive Pulleys, TSX Intake Manifold and a brand new Denzo O2 Sensor. The old one gave me a CEL a couple of months ago and i replaced it. But the MPG still suck! Does anyone have an idea of why this may be? 16 mpg cannot be normal.
On 100% highway, cruising at 80mph I get 25mpg.

Could be a lot of things. A clogged cat, bad alignment, or even your tires. How you drive has a lot to do with it too. If you're race boy all the time, don't expect to get good fuel economy.

Tires are 2 months old. Alignment was done right after the tires were replaced. I drive like an old lady, specially now that it has been this bad with fuel economy. I keep getting constant 16 mpg in the city, fill u after fillup.

Yes, lately it has been burning some oil. What does that mean?

Ive been averaging 29-30 a tank with the Sport. Dropped a bit since I put the rack back on and turned off ECO. I'm gonna turn it back on next tank and see if there's a difference.
So far this tank is read 26-27. But I'm still seein 30-33 on trips, with a few random 25s thrown in.

I mentioned tires because it could be the tire design causing it, not the age. Just because they're new, doesn't mean they're good. Some performance tires will hurt fuel economy. Just throwing that one out there.
Even when I was making about 350 hp with my stock k24a2 and m62 supercharger, I still got about 30-32 mpg on 93 octane pump gas on the freeway. Hell, even with my 400 hp built motor using the same supercharger I averaged about 20-22 mpg on E85 on the freeway.
