its pretty easy. Just need to get a feel for it. I did it on my dad MDX. It was a bitch because the car was soo high up and the engine was low. My only issue was doing the rear exhuast valves. I triple checked my work. Also took the time to clean out his TB and intake manifold..

Give yourself a good 4-6 hrs.

another thing to note is that you should do it if it gets loud or if its too quiet. Too quiet means that the exhaust valves are really tight. That could lead to burnt valves. My dad MDX exhaust valves were really tight.  Not even .008 could get in. I also got a misfire in cylinder 2 and 6 because of it. The intake was just the opposite. a .012 could get in easy.
