Title: Honda Brake Pad Material Post by: clapton924 on June 12, 2010, 08:23:52 PM I can't find a 100% answer to this....what are our OEM Honda pads made of? I think they are either semi-ceramic or ceramic.

I haven't used Honda OEM pads in 5 years, since there were those issues with the pads creating deposits on the rotors. My guess is that they're some sort of "composite" material.
