Yeah!!  That too. I want to get my bike down and start riding again too. If this weekend is nice, I may go for a spin.

Took mine in for a tune up (you know, plugs, wires,  air filter...)  and they found out I had bent rim.  I bought the bike off my old store manager, holy shit did he have cream of the crop stuff on it! They said it'd be $300-400 for a replacement.  Im just riding road now so I had him put the cheap one on for now. Lol

But yeah so shes all cleaned up and ready to go, now just gotta get rid of this snow. Haha

I remember there was a set of Mavics that I wanted back in the day that were around $700 for the pair.

Well I called my buddy who I bought it from up to thank him for putting the most expensive stuff on it.  He said the guy was taking me for a RIDE (pun intended) because he bought them for $250 for the pair. 

But anyway, my point was that I cant wait to get off my ass and back to ridin.  I dont wanna clutter the fitness thread with bike stuff when there's a bike thread. Wink

I'm back in my routine. Or well trying my best to get back to it. Yesterday I started off with a routine of fasting 6am workouts   30 minutes cardio and then lifting. On the bike this morning. Back to eating every 3 hours too.

I really need to be more consistent about my workouts.  I was pretty good about it a few weeks ago; I was going regularly, but for some reason that stopped last week..  I also need to eat cleaner than I have been...

I need to do all that too. My problem is that I feel like I need to run/work out early in the morning, but I never wake up early enough.

I also started my routine again this week. Ive seen the best results with this routine back in November and then thanksgiving happened lol. Tried a few others but could never stick to them. Its a 30min HIIT workout Mondays and Wednesdays and a quick 10 session on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Plan is to do this for 4 weeks and then change it up again. Lets see.

I've really pushed myself this week to get up at 6am to go to the gym. It sucks I have no set time I get off of work

So I've been full veggietarian for about a month now. No more carb comas or sugar highs. No more sinking painfully full feeling anymore. I definitely have more energy! Burned 500 calories at the gym yesterday and then made a green smoothie Smiley too early to notice and there are no scales in our house (he he) #thestruggleisreal

Thought I would get this thread up to date. I've been using an app on my phone called Lose It. It's helping me count calories and it's holding me accountable! Lol I was 216 at Christmas and now I am under 200!  Been slowly integrating small sessions of exercise too. I've been eating a lot of chicken, eggs, veggies, cottage cheese and triple zero yogurt.

I need to get more active.  My buddy bought a bunch of gym equipment and said he's been using an app.  I'm going to see if he'll let me use his shit and hold me accountable.

I creepily walked around the block after work at 2am the other day while playing Pokemon Go. Caught like 20 pokemon, and got some exercise! Now I'm typing this post while eating Taco Bell.
