Went again today! Woot woot. Def felt better. Did the 3.5 miles in about 45 min. I still need some work, mainly on my breathing. I feel like that's what's holding me back right now. I run out of breathe pretty easily but I expected that.

running is the devil - I'm trying to get back into it as well.. damn lungs can't handle the heat and humidity though.

I've been doin better. Went twice last week and again today. Im plan on goin once or twice more this week. Just gotta plan when. I gotta go earlier. I left at 845 this morning and the heat was already killer.
The time is a bit off, I was home for a few minutes before I remembered to turn off the tracker.
Edit: Unrelated, but weird to me that the pics are showin up different sizes... they are both screenshots from my phone. Oh well.

There's a 10k race across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in November 2014 that I'm hopefully registering for this weekend. They opened up pre-registration this week, and have already sold 2500 places.. Running over the bridge is going to be amazing.
Now I just need to stick to a running schedule again..
Who has some good ways to stay motivated?

Cooling down from my Cardio fight Club HIIT. Felt like I was running for 30mins.

I've got to start doing some cardio. I weigh myself in the mornings and it fluctuates between 195-200 from day to day. Is that normal?

4th trip to the gym in the last few weeks, almost at the point where I can run for a bit on the treadmill. Burned about 450 calories tonight, had a glass of wine instead of beer. 1/4 of a turkey wrap and a bowl of lentils. So far so good.

just got back from a morning run.. first run in 6 or 7 months.. i forgot how different it is from basketball.. and it was kindof cold when i first stepped out the door..
well.. technically, it was more of a run/walk.. but i was able to get my lazy ass out the door this morning
