My GF's 2000 civic EX brake lights aren't working. All three of them. I tried The fuses, they're all good, I replaced the brake light switch and it didn't solve the problem. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Next step is a volt meter or test light and try to find where the power stops.

Monday I'm gonna borrow a voltmeter from a buddy and check that. I've narrowed down the fuse block which is poorly labeled without the owners manual.
