Well, JR, make a profile and throw your name in your sig so we know who you are. As for the profile, make it even if your car is 100% stock. We don't care. Stock or not, we like to see Accords (obviously).

Hey JR, yeah let me know what you want to do, normally in the case of a head swap I will pre-build the heads and have them ready to be swapped which takes usually 1 long day, but allow for 2.

i am trying to get some of my internals done to make my car perform a lot better. I was curious to know what you guys would recommend doing to get the most out of the engine. I dont have a turbo or supercharger, just a stock v6.

Paul, I am trying to make some upgrades in the internal department, and you are the man to talk to. I want to get the tl-s cams, and the spacer. would it be in my best interest to upgrade the throttle body while i am at it...

The larger TB won't buy you much nor will the TL-S cams without head and runner porting.

ok, sorry i am not good with the internals. still a newb and learning what i can. but are you talking about just porting out the head to make it bigger to take in the increase of air. if i was to do that what would be the best size to bore it out to. are there other things to do as well, while i am trying to get things to upgrade my internals. i want to do a lot at one time. i was reading on how to increase the displacement by replacing the rod, piston, and crank. so if you can give me more advice that would be great thanks.

First do some google research on head porting and what it really is about.

read this for the basic on head porting. There are better supplemental reading somewhere else.
