Fabricated DD to fit in Cubby

Hey everyone I wanted to show off my latest mod and new toy...a friend of mine (Brian) molded my 7"monitor to fit hondas oem DD part...I had a camera mounted to the front bumper to assist me while parking so I don't tear up my front end when I lower the car more....I plan on installing a half din dvd player in my center console soon as well to take full advantage of the mod....im very happy with the results...here's the pics

i like the idea of the front camera but does that mean you have to switch to it everytime you want to park
i want to mount a camera too but i want it to be a night vision or ifra red camera so i could feel better driving at night on the highway

^^^there are two settings on the monitor...one for the camera and the other for the dvd player once installed...i already have the monitor prewired for the dvd player when i get it....also the camera has infer-red for driving at night...the red lights come on and are barely visible even at night....i will take pics of the camera tomorrow

nice mod! the mold looks great. are you going to get a backup camera installed too? the front camera is definitely a good idea, i know i've scraped a few curbs since i've been dropped.

Not bad. I've been meaning to fill up the gap between my h/u and the Honda trim piece. Maybe this summer.

Thats clean Matt. I might move up from my single din to double din next year. Right now I just need to figure out how to elimiate that gap on the top of my metra kit.
